Refund Policy

If your product is of substandard quality, Usee will provide a refund. Acceptable quality means that a product is fit for the purpose for which it is normally provided, is acceptable in appearance and size, has fewer defects, and is safe and durable. Please note that we do not offer refunds if customers change their minds about purchasing. Customers are required to send the products back to our factory within 7 days of receipt of the goods at their own expense.
